CoLabs are knowledge and skill sharing sessions that are experimental in nature. They prioritize thoughtful use of language and structure, playful risk taking, and challenging ideas of form and technique. The form of our CoLabs are limited only by the imagination of the participants.
Monthly Community Class functions as a community hub where choreographers can develop local dance talent by teaching occasionally, and dancers can forge relationships with each other and local teacher/choreographers.
Each month 2 different teachers will share a 2 hour time block. Established teachers will share time with up and coming teachers so our community is always welcoming new voices and all teachers are constantly cross pollinating each others practice and following.
The current teaching roster includes:
Kevin Williamson, Bernard Brown, Stephanie Zaletel, Jacob Jonas The Company, Becca Lemme, Kyle Abraham and many more.
