2Dh5 Festival, Ableism In Activism

YEAR

2Dh5 Festival is a skill sharing festival building tools for an anti-facist future. Ableism in Activism is an embodied practice co-facilitated by Kai Hazelwood and Romi Brouwhuis. ‘Non Disabled activists, organizers, and people co-struggling for freedom: Who is left out of your organizing space and strategies? How is ableism hurting us all? Let’s practice co-struggling with solidarity not charity and without leaving each other behind.’

A group of smiling people in masks sit in front of a screen on which Zoom participants are projected.
