A conversation with Toni Krizter, a fellow Disabled artist, birthed the term ‘Chronic Projects.’ GTM’s relationship to projects may change, but they stay with us, reoccur, shape shift, and overlap just like the history of pain and illnesses in our Disabled bodies and minds.
From dance to writing, festivals to community space building, healing arts projects and more than human kin relational research, GTM’s projects have taken different shapes across a vast spectrum — all informed by years of embodied research and many collaborators.

Safe(r) Bodies
A space for FLINTA+ to explore embodied practices of safety and agency in public spaces. This event was a collaboration between Clem Mondot, Vasilia and Kai Hazelwood combining expressive arts, embodied healing, and communal processing.
Care Dreaming
An embodied dreaming practice for Disabled community to take lessons around care from our past and present and use them to help us dream an accessible future. Offered by Werk Groep Validisme in Amsterdam and facilitated by Kai Hazelwood.
Re Nature Festival 2025, GRIEF SPACE
Organized by Venus Jasper and co-faciliated by Kai, Anna Arov and Rajni Shah. Grief space offers room for grief practices, circles ceremonies and togetherness focused on eco-grief, and climate anxiety. A space for collective grief, personal grief, skill exchange and rest.
Solidarity Fest: CareFULL
Facilitated an embodied experience called CareFULL. A practice exploring collectively dreaming access for ourselves, each other, and our lives as part of the BIPOC Solidarity Fest by Hangout 070.
2Dh5 Festival, Ableism In Activism
2Dh5 Festival is a skill sharing festival building tools for an anti-facist future. Ableism in Activism is an embodied practice co-facilitated by Kai Hazelwood and Romi Brouwhuis.

HomeBody Living is the embodied healing practice of body-based artist, Kai Hazelwood. I am a life long body-based artist and experienced healing arts facilitator, a survivor of childhood trauma, racism, and sexual violence. I am a Disabled Queer and Black cis woman. I bring all of my lived experience and training in embodiment to you.
